Cathryn Paul is the Public Policy Director at CASA, the largest immigrant rights organization in the region, where she leads immigrant advocacy campaigns on the local, state, and federal levels.

As a student, she was deeply involved on campus as a Nyumburu ambassador, leader in student group Community Roots, and member of Maryland's marching band. Now, Cathryn is passionate about using policy to improve the lives of Black and Latino immigrant families and investing in young students. She is a proud graduate of the College of Behavioral and Social Sciences with a degree in African American studies.
