Michael Wagner received his PhD in Sociology from the University of Maryland in 1983. He is currently the Director of Information Technology for UMD's Center for Substance Abuse Research (CESAR), and has over 35 years of experience in social science statistics, research methods, and computer applications methods. His specializations include statistics and computer and research methodology.
