Rachel Schupbach serves as the Business Manager for the Department of African American Studies business office within the College of Behavioral and Social Sciences. She assists the Director of Administrative Services with the coordination of departmental support.

Previously, Rachel served as a Faculty Assistant to the BSOS Facilities Office under the Office of the Dean, providing assistance with coordination of BSOS spaces and projects. Prior to that employment, she served as a General Assistant to the BSOS Payroll Office, facilitating personnel documentation and implementing it into the creation of an electronic system for the college.
